Ridge Developments began in 2004 and combines over 40 years of expertise between its two directors, both of whom hold Engineering Degrees and have a broad spectrum of experience in the building industry.
Our company takes pride in providing unequalled customer service while building high quality projects. Our professionalism enables us to focus ensuring that customer satisfaction is met during all phases of the project.
WE HOLD PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS WITH:
- Building Practitioners Board, where we have both residential and commercial registration
- Master Builders Association of Victoria
We are also pre-qualified to undertake State Government projects on the Construction Supply Register.
SERVICES
We have contacts with qualified consultants that can complete all the necessary documentation to obtain Town Planning and Building Permits.

We have incorporated systems within our company to ensure Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Quality Assurance Procedures are implemented on all projects to ensure a safe working environment and a high standard of workmanship is achieved.

Jason Kowalewski
Jason has 30 years construction experience, ranging from civil construction and infrastructure, commercial building and fitout and all aspects of residential construction.
Jason is a member of The Aust. Inst of Engineers and holds Building Practitioner registration in Commercial and Residential Construction.
Chris Horsley
Chris has been involved with Commercial and residential construction for 30 years. He has Engineering qualifications and is a registered practitioner for both commercial and residential construction. Chris also has a Post Grad. Diploma in Project Management.
Our renovation required patience and fastidious attention to detail. We were fortunate to engage Ridge Developments, who demonstrated extraordinary patience and willingness to work with us on a complex and innovative build. The outcome is a credit to their skill and commitment.
I had a relatively complicated renovation brief, to remodel, renovate and reconstruct a townhouse to a high quality finish. PASSIVE HOUSE

Experienced in Passive House, an innovative construction concept and building technique, Ridge can work alongside your architect to achieve your dream home.
“Passive House” is a design standard that achieves thermal comfort with minimal heating and cooling utilising a combination of insulation, airtightness, efficient window and door systems, ventilation and heat recovery systems.
Houses that are designed and constructed in accordance with these standards are then tested and certified by a Passive House Certifier ensuring that the pre design, construction and post final build meets the performance criteria set by the standard, ensuring a comfortable temperature in the home all year round with significantly reduced heating and cooling costs through the life span of the house.
